My progress is gone

Progress is saved on your device. From version 1.1, if you are signed in to iCloud, it is also kept in your iCloud account, so reinstalling Toastie or opening it on another iPhone, iPad or iPhone Duo brings it back. Signed out of iCloud, deleting the app deletes it; restoring an iCloud backup brings it back.

Leaderboards don't show my score

Scores are posted only while you're signed in to Game Center. Check Settings › Game Center.

I don't want reminders

They're off unless you switched them on. Switch them off in Toastie's settings, or in Settings › Notifications › Toastie.
